What do we do?

While we are only a little church, we are big on community.
Here are some of the ways you can be involved.

Small Groups

We believe in the importance of meeting in small groups, to support each other and grow together.
For more information on our current small groups please email us.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Sticky Church is a relaxed style of church, suitable for all ages.  We hold Sticky Church roughly every 6 weeks, on a Sunday afternoon between 4 and 6. We have crafts, games, music, a really short talk, finishing up with a casual meal.  There is no charge.  For info on the next Sticky Church, visit our facebook page or email us to receive our weekly PBC Update.

For Young People

Young people meet at 6pm Wednesdays during term time at 293 Waikawa Road for a meal, some fun and some discussion about the important topics of life.  If you are in secondary school, you're very welcome to come along.

For Everyone

We also have a pastoral care team, and prayer chain.  See our PBC Update for more info.

For the World!

As a church, we have always been big on social justice and sharing the good news throughout the world.  At the moment we partner with people in Sri Lanka (the TEAR Fund Dairy Project), South East Asia (Baptist Mission NZ), Thailand (OMF), Zambia (SIM) and Papua (Pioneers).  And we are involved with a local ministry to ship crew.  We can't put all the info up here, but you can find out more when you meet us, or email us to receive our weekly PBC Update.
